Noreen Grahame established the gallery in 1987.

grahame galleries + editions represents artists producing fine art prints, artists’ books, multiples and works on paper. Since its opening the gallery has mounted 150 in house exhibitions plus travelling exhibitions. (see exhibitions)

Under numero uno publications the gallery publishes fine art prints, artists’ books/multiples with artists including: Jan Davis, Michael Schlitz, Judy Watson and Normana Wight.

In 1994 the gallery organised the first artists’ books + multiples fair held in Australia, which was hosted by the State Library of Queensland. Since 1994 the gallery has organised five more artists’ books + multiples fairs: (1996; 1998; 2001; 2005 and 2017).

2015 Une histoire du livre d’artiste australien at Cabinet du livre d’artiste, Université Rennes 2, Rennes, France.
2008 Invitation by the Australian Commerce and Industry Office (ACIO) in Taiwan to exhibit artists’ books by Australian artists at the Taipai International Book Exhibition (TIBE).
1999 Bernheim invite l’Australie in New Caledonia for the Australian Olympic Arts Festival.
